The transformation towards a more user-centric organization took shape with my arrival at Nuix, where I embarked on the mission of establishing a global user experience practice.
Over the course of my 5 1/2-year tenure, my primary focus was on elevating the prominence of UX and design thinking within our operations, and strategically aligning pivotal initiatives with our overarching corporate strategies.
This journey was instrumental in shaping the organization's commitment to putting user needs at the core of what we do.
